ahhh. oh god.
so stress today. till the point i feel like i have two head and one body. AKA 一个头两个大!
haiz!! my shifu left :( and i am call to be a temporary replacement.
Monday is usually the most heavy day of the week.
Morning was rather ok.
Afternoon just BANG one shot, everything just love to boom together.
Oh well, part of the reason was that all the staff had to go to a meeting except the counter staff.
which is me. sian. lucky my senior came to help.!~
If not i think i will die.
The reason why i panic?
Phone calls, letters to prepare, register, serve, explaination, more phone calls + multiple applicant. n not to forget troublesome applicant. :( y make my life so horrible.
I can't believe how many PETTY ppl are there in the world....
N how some nonsensical ppl are. No wonder their life are so mess up.
because their character and personality are so mess up as well :(

Perhaps it is the habit of me wanting everything to be shui shui, perfect and everything right with no error.
That sometimes when i tot i see everything correctly n perfectly, that mistakes decide to happen here and there.
I tell myself once, that mistake is something that will happen in everybody's life.
No matter how perfect or foolproof the plan or situation is.
N that we are human, and it's only right that humans make mistake.
so right now i need to reassure myself that i just need to do my part well.
things that will happen, will happen.
we can only tell ourself we don't our part well n that our conscience is clear :)

Today is the first day of the week than i am home early!
immediately after work i went home. (i am guai ok :P)
Am so not use to waking up at 7, cos am starting work at 8.30am and ending at 6. :s
weirddddd, feeling so tired after 6pm. i can start dozing when i am eating. :s
am its funny because 5 mins to 6, we start hearing alot noise(chattering) and we know its time to queue up infront of the TRS to scan our fingerprint haha like market can.

Work is ok. the people there are good :D
really like wat they say, everybody is like a family here in the family dept. XD
It's just that i got prob remembering everybody name =X

Now, I am on what they call a "honeymoon" period. Y?
because we are doing nothing but observing and understudying the various section!
These 3 days were pretty boring! basicially nothing to do, if not we have to read materials, busy observing and nearly dozing off!
haha and they keep threaten and say must enjoy!
if not once we are assign to a section, we will regret and say why never enjoy. which means we were be very busy :s!

It's very complex.

I hate to admit, but it seems like i am getting depress as each day goes by.
No job, nothing to do, everybody working, not free, etc.
Even my laptop is beginning to boredddd me.
Sometimes I dun even wanna go out.
because when i go out i spent money.
and i think my bank cannot make it sooner or later.

Anyway, I decided to change my stupid resume.
To better fit each job scope that i decided to apply.

Trust me, waiting and getting shock from every number hoping that it is a phone call by a potential employer is driving me crazy.

Crossroad between the reality world and the notion of pursuing your dream job.

Ie. Should i give up or postpone my dream job and choose a job with a stable income?
me: no idea.
However, reality might just have answer that question for me already.

The process of waiting is usually label as cruel period or i would refer it as "hell-period".
Because we are either waiting for good news
or waiting for nothing.

Sometimes i wonder,
if we could turn back time.
What are the things i would change.

Right now my answer for this question,
would be that i want to change my brain.
Because i feel that i should have a 10 year plan in my mind, when i am choosing
the right courses to study in a local polytechnic which could help me much easier to match the various jobs criteria in the market now.

Than again, we are talking about IF.
Which would never happen in reality.

I found out how easily content i am.
well, this only apply to the context of movies.
LOL.

It seems that lately, whatever movie i watched,
as long as it had
1) a good plot,
2) is action-packed,
3) able to absorb me into the movie world and,
4) gets me busy thus wanting to find out just what will happen next
is enough to content me and scream "how god damn good is that movie."
or how the various character in the film is
or even to the extent of praising their cinematography and choice of location for filming.

So far 2 movies that was originally adapted from stories books had caught my attention.
And is causing me to have an urge to buy their books.
1 was twilight series.
now the 2nd one are the various books by Dan Brown.
Angels and demons had such a good twist, it make me think just how brilliant the author is.
It's funny how i keep changing my guess of who the antagonist was, throughout the whole film.

For some reason, history of arts is returning to my memories. @___@
suddenly i remember the lessons and art works i learn in HOA.
Especially the painting Creation of Adam by Michelangelo and the Sistine Chapel.
BAHhhhhh

but i am so BORED!!!!!
yes, i am accepting the fact that my life is bored because i am doing nothing at home.

It seems that my daily routine consist of:
waking up at 11am,
brush up,
on comp + msn,
facebook (farm town, restaurant city and spot the difference)
foruming, surfing around random web
all the way until at night 12am
sleep.
and the next day repeats again.

Well not to count fri sat and sun, days when i am working,
and tue, and sometimes shopping day.

i need a job because
1) nothing to do

3) something to keep me busy
4) excuses for new clothes haha!

sleeping until so late is like half the day gone.. =X

And yes i am back from my short 5 day 4 night trip in Genting & Malaysia.
I have a hell of fun time! (not to count some unfortunate events)
It's been 10 years since i went last went oversea.
The last time was touring HongKong with my family.
10 years later i actually went oversea with my friends instead.
I am so lazy to blog in detail HAHA I shld KACHA! and summarise.

I never seen clouds as up close as i can in genting.
This is what i saw every morning.
So pretty isn't it.

The clouds was so near us, even though we cannot touch them, we could feel them.
and it feels freaking cold ok.

It was raining on the first day, so we went shopping instead.
and catch StreetFighter: The legend of chun-li
Movie was ok lol but the theatre was uncomfortable. cramp, small but tix was cheap =X
And ooo SNOW WORLD!

I nearly freeze my toes.. HAHA

On the second day,
We bought the all rides ticket and went to explore the indoor and outdoor themepark.
Me and aud was pretty dead early in the morning.
We basically slept for 1 hr.
ahaha woke up at 3plus and roam ard like idiots till 6 plus in the morning.
woke up at 8plus to eat breakfast -.-'''
Have fun with Bumper car, mini roller coaster.
Was pretty bored and dizzy with the 4D ride LOL

Er stupid can, i got fear with rope bridge.
Don't ask me y or jump madly when i am walking.
I would confirm make a fuss. :S

Go kart was fun + cold wind/cloud that keep blowing, shiok!
haha but the helmet was Fugly lol

Took a cable car ride to mid-valley
Look at how steep it is downhill..

and than ARCADE TIME!.
Damn cheap LOL
and the tickets we all contributed in less than 2 hrs.

I like this :D!~

Next up Malacca.
From a very cold place we travel to a very humid and warm place.
The hotel we stay at was the place where they filmed Little Nyonya.
Went ard the street, buying lots of stuff.
It's really cheap to shop there just that we have to be xtra careful
cos of some sickening thief.

WEEE! I have a very fun time touring Sentosa yesterday.
Ha-ha machiam feel like tourist and took a shit load of photo.

Last day of CNY aka 元宵节.
This year CNY was awesome!
Alot of food and enjoyment.

Can't believe how "lucky" we were!
Was suppose to catch the 1045 movie at vivo.
and the queue was bloody **** long.

2008 was crazy.
Experienced a mixture of events, be it happy, sad, hurtful, angry and what now.
I learn a lot of stuff this year, studies, work, personal stuff.
Heard alot of things that i never knew abt.
Experience 2 stressful period of FYP.
As they say

"what doesn't kill us makes us stronger."

What i experience shall be kept for 2008.
And 2009 shall be a new year, a new beginning.
And it is starting to look rather bright and shiny. :)

At the same time as 2009 begins,
I am left with 3 weeks of school = 9 days of lesson.
And after that i would be graduating.
fast o_O and scary.
What to do after i graduate is the common topic among us i believe.
4 years in NTU (which i would be 24 if i grad not to count the chances of going in is 50:50)
or internship (which is not easy to get)
or work (as what?)
or continue in F&B line.

i wish i could choose to sit and shake leg at home and wait for money to roll into my pockets or drop from the sky.
Fat hope haha.

Anyway New year Resolution anybody?
Looking back for this 2008,
i've manage to keep to some of the few New year resolution out of the many i wrote.
This year i shall have just 5.

1) to learn to save money and not use finish all my paid
2) to graduate and pass G302 aka FYP!

Our carwash fundraising was a SUCCESS!
It was on the day after we had our midpoint.
It's been ages when i woke up at such a hour, 5.30am!!!
SIAO RIGHT! got to school at 6+, 7 am..
not much people in school..
Gather and got ourself ready and went to the TRCC/RPC carpark to start advertising our carwash.
lol initially we all thought that the respond would be bad since nobody had call me (i was the contact person for the event)..
In the end we manage to wash 49 cars and onli one person called LOL!
Not bad, but washing 49 cars in a day...
we nearly faint....
Have to walk so far, and most of the faci cars ARE AS TALL AS GRACE..... AND very BIG!!!!
7 seater kind... very scary! And some cars have stubborn bird shit -.-'' and a layer of dust!
But we manage to clean all of it before the day end.

OVerall, tiring but we went above our expectation =D!
went home eat alot and sleep alot. damn tiring ok.
for a while i love public transport and have a short moment of fear of cars...
*soul nearly float out after washing 49 cars*

Now that mid point and fundraising is out of the way, we left 2 weeks till installation! and than we are left with final report and video editing! :D ~

went to Essential Brew @ holland village.
not a bad place to dine and chill.

I was lucky to be able to watch the live telecast of the table tennis match during work.

we went directly to chalet @ aloha changi organise by simon. :D

took a bus all the way to tampines and than change bus again before we arrive.
we got down the wrong bus stop @_@ and had to walk upwards.
i tot that our chalet would be either located in the middle of no where with trees or even shabby looking.
It actually turns out entirely opposite from what i thought it would be,

And we realise how near we are to OCH.

so happy, presentation was good, the assessor were all very nice.
Seriously, i think they are less harsh and more friendly as compare to mid point.

Since its 10-1pm, 3 hours.. long
and at 10am sharp our first assessor appear!
just right ,when me and sandra open the door,
we saw alina, immediatly we close the door and went back in LOL!
So funny.
Am glad that everything went smoothly and we got alot of TIPS + nice comments. :D
During the 3 hours of waiting, we spend our time camwhoring!

"chop chili chop chili", "bending up and down game" ...
haha and sing stupid songs LOL Barney?
HAHA and have chit chat session with faisal they all since they are opposite our class.

Last Friday

First lesson of studio photography was fun.
the lighting and everything.
and we camwhore again!

after that stay in school for fyp and went to watch Ignite music festival :D
Initially it was raining but we have fun.
A time for us to chill and relax through music.

The fire display was very nice and interesting.
although the smell of kerosene was damn strong.

Meet Molly, one of the character for our sequential art piece.
We actually do 100+ panels in paper-cutting.
Imagine the amount we need to cut and paste.
Lots of complaining and problems, but we manage to finish it.
What's left is just arranging the finish product and sticking them to form a book.

hope that our art piece would be selected to for RP's reflection festival which would be part of the Singapore Biennale 08!~

ITS OVER! =D
Submission is finally over and what's left is just the oral defense on 2nd august.
All the late night camping in school canteen till 9/10pm.
The overnight stay at sandra house.
The "burning of midnight" oil was all worth it.
Well, at least for now i feel slightly relieved and seriously dead tired.

we all didn't slept last night and was chionging and making sure that everything was alright.
slept at 7.30am in the morning and woke up at 8.30? lOL and than went to school.
was feeling very tired.
and when i feel tired, i get irritated easily.
Seriously.
i think i have never been so angry in my life before.
The long queue in the printing shop, the uncle who is very slow in printing things, the useless laptop which they used just have to DIE before my turn and some chicken backside or rather fuckers have to cut our queue. (yes, thinking about it, i am still very mad). Seriously, u guys no need to be so self fish rite, we are all STA students and we also need to print our report also, and cutting queue is just so SHAMELESS. Friday 4 july was miss pink aka grace's bday :)
had a surprise party for her.
all of us disappear at one shot to make the arrangement.

There was a large crowd.

Today, shopping trip before school start "mad 8weeks of lesson nonstop"

Yesterday, went to Botanic garden for FYP.

so cute! feel so noob too haha
but than it didn't take long before the swan swim upstream almost like trying to escape from us haha guess we scare it away.
After that went to borders with sandra and we are being inspire with "new media" ads

than went to kino and bought this chinese book 150cm life - Naoko Tagaki

On friday, 6 june have a mini gathering with the degreeians.
Yes mini, a small group of 7 of us.
Most of the people i asked wasn't free/not online.
A chance for us to meet and treat ourself to something nice.
Intended to go to NYNY but there isn't any space.
Should have reserved the place.
Oh well.
Went to cafe cartel instead.
end up queuing for a very long period of time.
Have our lunch at around 8
thus explain why we never take picture of our food.

after that we went to esplanade to chill and celebrate SW belated birthday.

Last Friday, Sequential Art.
Alina was sick and we had a replacement faci.
He is a nice faci but very very naggy.
Almost killed and irritated many of us with his nagging..
3rd meeting was totally like a war zone.
A classmate of ours quarrel with the faci..
asking him to not say so much and just carry on with the main focus of the lesson which is paneling...
he asked our opinion
we just keep quiet..

Was very nervous, so we start preparing in class...
Left the class 15 mins before 6.
Got to the lawn and realise all the doors were lock..

Ran to E5 and the stupid lift just would not work..
Lucky there was the fire lift...
Pretty bad luck to start with.
It could only get worse from here.
Was totally disappointed with the presentation.
We were practically shot off by a GAME DESIGNING FACI.
He give us the feeling that we are being looked down by him when we say we are not doing flash but rather everything would be on paper and detail sketches.
WTF?
And commenting flash is rather easy to learn.
Do we look like we know when all we ever get IS PBL???
AND WE GOT OUR STUPID NEW MEDIA COMPONENT WRONG AGAIN!!!!

Officially started school for a week.
Usually when school start, i get stress.
when i get stress, i scold bad words every now and than.

Not bad to have monday as a off day yea.
But i expect my off day to move to tuesday pretty soon due to public holidays -.-
oh well,
there goes my monday "offday"

Went to school on tueday and was greeted by A MASSIVE CROWD of people everywhere.
I hate it when you go to school and see massive crowds everywhere.
The agora already so small and there's so many people blocking your way.
And we had only 2 bloody canteen,
once break starts the queue is ENDLESSSSSSSSSSS.

what can we do when we are hungry and queuing?
We bitch and scold the school.
HAHA that what I was doing when i was queuing with grace.
GRUMBLING NON STOP!

And new faci are NOOBS!

They follow the stupid faci handbook, emphasizing on punctuality,
letting us off for breaks only at 9.30 and 11.30 SHARP!, do worksheets and go through them, reading off slides of a i think 20 slides of 6p and asking us to discuss.
We can practically HEAR THE freaking pin drop when he was going through the 6p.
Guess everybody was sleeping and mediating haha.

And seriously, my mind just auto shutdown when its creative media enterprise lesson.

Luckily, i was having a fun time at photography and sequential arts lesson.
well the class was fun, and fill with laughter haha.
